Financial problems, auditing and accounting irregularities, frauds, embezzelment, stolen assets, misappropriations…give rise to a closer look at financial circumstances. 

Sometimes, problems go undetected for long periods.  Sometimes, there are honest disputes but difference of opinion on how certain assets or liabilites should be valued. 

IRI has in-house capabilities to address such financial problems.  Sometimes, IRI draws upon specialists who can address certain areas of accounting including those where multiple currencies and other-country accounting principles have bearing.

Financial Liability Review

Product liability, medical malpractice, insurance claims….sometimes circumstances aren’t what they seem.  IRI professionals review claims, their circumstances, and the facts.   Fraudulent claims are all too common, but on the other hand, valid claims sometimes need substantiation and corroboration.
