History

IRI, International Risk Intelligence LLC, had its roots from the combination of several other entities when several former U.S. and foreign government officials along with several strategic consultants formed an international consulting practice to assist multinational corporations with cross-border business intelligence often leading to strategic investment.  That activity evolved and started to focus on due diligence activities, feasibility studies, industry analysis, and country risk assessment for international organizations.

Today, IRI is managed by long-experienced veterans of risk management coming from financial services, investment banking, private banking, legal, insurance, real estate, executive search and human resources consulting, and strategic consulting along with federal law enforcement, investigations, and intelligence plus military and corporate security. 

IRI has combined many talented resources including advanced education technology methods and new technologies in step with advancements in information technologies.
