KENT E. WALKER
Mr. Walker is a Managing Director with International Risk
Intelligence LLC, a leading international private intelligence firm specializing
in corporate intelligence, security intelligence, global intelligence
management, and advanced e-learning technologies. Mr. Walker is
a crisis management specialist with over 30 years experience (17
living and working abroad) in security, intelligence, investigations,
and crisis management (product tampering, kidnap, workplace violence,
counter-terrorism, and transportation security). Most recently,
he was Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) of the Miami Field
Office, Federal Air Marshal Service. Earlier, he was with Kroll
Inc. providing crisis management, security consulting, litigation
support, threat assessments, and response and site security evaluations
to multinational corporations; and he served as Director of Investigations
for a large multinational conglomerate. He was Special Agent in
Charge, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Criminal
Investigations (OCI), Miami Field Office. In that capacity, Mr. Walker directly
supervised all criminal investigations and security matters conducted
by FDA/OCI in the southeast U.S.,
Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He was with Naval
Investigative Service (NIS) where he served as Deputy Director, Counterintelligence;
his duties included management of the Anti-Terrorist Alert
Center (ATAC); and earlier as Special Agent, responsible for counterintelligence,
criminal investigations, and security operations including counter-terrorism
threat assessments and protective service support to the Secretary
of Defense. He was a Senior Agent and team leader for the Nuclear
Regulatory Commission where he conducted investigations involving
the security of nuclear power plants. He was a commissioned officer
in the United States Marine Corps. He is a member of the Association
of Former Intelligence Officers (AFIO). Mr. Walker holds a BS degree
in Political Science and Foreign Relations and a Masters degree in
Communications and Public Administration from Xavier University.
