JOSEPH SCHLIG

Mr. Schlig is a Managing Director with International Risk Intelligence LLC.  Earlier, he was CFO of Industrial Technologies, Inc., (NASDAQ) Milford, CT, laser systems for process control applications.  He was Director of Marketing for ITT in Latin America, telecommunications and consumer products; and Director of International Operations for Revlon.  He was Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Seal, Inc., (NASDAQ), Naugatuck, CT, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Bozak, Inc., Norwalk, CT., consumer electronics.  Mr. Schlig was a consultant to Telrad, Inc., Lod, Israel to help the management convert declassified products to commercial applications.  He was a director of Hadron, Inc., (NASDAQ) Fairfax, VA, a company providing services to the security industry.  Mr. Schlig is currently a director and chairman of the audit committee of Solitron Devices, Inc., (NASDAQ) a manufacturer of integrated circuits for military applications.  He is also a director of the Bridgeport Economic Development Corporation, Bridgeport, CT, and was President and a director of the Trumbull Technology Foundation. He is currently an alternate to the Board of Finance, Trumbull, CT. Mr. Schlig received an ME degree from the Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar).
