Robert M. Brittian
Robert M. Brittian is Managing Director, Corporate Intelligence,
with International Risk Intelligence LLC. Mr. Brittian
has 30-years of comprehensive multinational experience in all aspects
of security,
intelligence, investigations, and training. He was with the Center
for Security Evaluation (CSE),
an interagency center that collaborates with the Department
of State concerning
the adequacy of security incorporated into US diplomatic facility
projects. He
had been Security Director, Schering-Plough Corporation,
active with all aspects of global corporate security, intelligence,
investigations, and technical operations,
with a high focus on Latin America. Mr. Brittian was a Senior
Foreign Service Special Agent, U.S. Department of State.
At State, he was Deputy Director, Center for Security Evaluation.
He was Senior Regional Security Officer, US Embassy, Colombia,
managing all personnel and facilities security programs. Earlier,
he was Chief,
Physical Security Division, coordinating physical
security projects for all diplomatic facilities, developing new security
standards within the
foreign affairs community. He was also the Middle East Branch
Chief, Physical Security Division, active with counter-terrorism
initiatives. In addition to postings in Colombia, Bangladesh, Jamaica,
and El
Salvador, he was a Team Leader on the Secretary
of State’s
Protective Detail coordinating all aspects of his personnel
security domestically and overseas. Mr. Brittian was a Military Police
Officer, with the U.S. Army. He
received his BBA in Management from Texas
A&M University, and is active with several security
and law enforcement associations.
